You don't need to email first — use the list-an-inmate wizard. It walks you through photos, the bio, the facility address, and payment. Email is for everything that comes after.
Need a profile removed?
Write from the email used to submit the listing, or include the profile URL and proof that you are family of the person listed. We remove profiles on a verified family request.
Writing a letter doesn't involve us at all — mail goes directly to the facility shown on each profile. We can't pass messages to anyone inside, and we have no contact information for letter-writers. For tips on a first letter, see How to write your first letter.
